Irais Granados
Registered Clinical Counsellor
Irais specializes in working with adults who may be feeling stuck, unseen, or emotionally exhausted—particularly those carrying the weight of multiple roles and the expectation to hold everything together. She also works with teens and adults who may be experiencing challenges related to body image and self-esteem.
She primarily works with people navigating anxiety, grief, perfectionism, and significant life transitions. Irais understands that these experiences require patience, deep listening, and a willingness to move at the client’s pace.
Her approach is grounded in deep listening, empathy, and her own lived experience. She views therapy as a collaborative space—one that invites honesty, curiosity, and self-compassion. She encourages everyone that t is entirely okay to arrive with uncertainty or hesitation.
She offers in-person sessions on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and virtual sessions on Monday evenings.
Outside of her clinical work, Irais enjoys spending time in local coffee shops reading thrillers and romantic comedies, trying new pastries, hiking, and going on long walks with her dog, Coco. She also enjoys listening to music and unwinding with colouring books.
