In-person appointments are available in downtown Vancouver. Online appointments are available for all areas of BC and some other provinces..

Sessions are 50 minutes long, and are available 7 days a week with weekday evening availability depending on the counsellor.

Sessions are scheduled according to client preference and are also available online over Zoom.

For new clients, you can book a FIRST SESSION, or we offer A FREE 20-MINUTE CONSULTATION. These are meant to provide prospective clients a chance to meet your therapist and discuss what brings you into therapy to see if the therapist would be a good fit for you.

Counselling FAQs

  • This would be a great thing to discuss with your therapist either in a consultation call or in your first session or two.

    You will work with your therapist to determine what type of therapy is right for your needs. You don’t need to come to your session prepared, you can just come as you are. If you’re not sure exactly what you want out of the process, you will work with your therapist to outline your goals for therapy.

    The most important predictor of a successful outcome of therapy is the relationship you establish with your therapist.

  • Most insurance companies cover counselling with a counsellor registered as a registered clinical counsellor or a Canadian certified counsellor.
